About Rich Girl Dreams, Inc

Rich Girl Dreams, Inc. is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering women and young girls to rise, thrive, and step boldly into the life they were created to live. Founded by radio personality and motivational leader Lady Charmaine, the organization was built on one belief: every woman carries a dream worth investing in.

Through mentorship, education, wellness, and community-centered initiatives, Rich Girl Dreams, Inc. provides women with the tools, support, and encouragement they need to build confidence, strengthen their purpose, and create generational change. We serve women from all walks of life—women who are healing, rebuilding, discovering themselves, and daring to dream again.

Our programs include personal development workshops, empowerment events, mental wellness conversations, and the transformative “Bless a Girl with a Dress” Pay It Forward Prom Dress Drive, which provides free prom dresses, evening gowns, and accessories to girls in need. This signature initiative ensures that no young woman misses her special moment because of financial hardship, giving her not only a dress but dignity, hope, and a reminder that she deserves to shine.

Rich Girl Dreams, Inc. is also the producing organization behind the fast-growing women’s empowerment movement It’s a Girlfriend Celebration—a two-day experience that brings together hundreds of women for healing, connection, restoration, and sisterhood. Through impactful conversations, powerful speakers, and purposeful community, this event embodies the heart of our mission: to uplift, inspire, and transform lives.
